2. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns
You may request a refund, replacement, or repair if:
• The machine is defective, malfunctioning, or unsafe.
• It does not match the advertised description or agreed specifications.
• It is not fit for the intended purpose communicated at the time of purchase.
• You cancel a purchase made through direct marketing within 5 business days.
3. Timeframe
• Refunds or returns must be requested within 6 months of delivery.
• For direct marketing purchases, cancellation must occur within 5 business days, and the item must be returned within 10 business days.
4. Process for Returns
To initiate a return:
• Contact us with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
• We will assess the machine and may offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, depending on the nature of the fault.
5. Exclusions
Refunds or returns will not be granted if:
• The machine was damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
• The item was sold “as-is” and the defects were disclosed prior to purchase.
• The issue is due to normal wear and tear or lack of maintenance.
6. Custom Orders
Machines built to custom specifications are non-refundable, unless they are defective or do not meet the agreed specifications.
7. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
